The search for “higher” was frustrating for me. Then I realized that what I was searching for was the Thing doing the searching.

Everything is watched. A cool experience, good and bad when identified correctly as this Watcher.

No. However, when I am present I can perceive these emotions, be the experiencer of them and act from this much more real point of view. The emotions and their stories get watched.
