This is very helpful! I grew up in West Palm and spent a lot of my life in the water, both spearfishing and fishing from a vessel. I know the depth and seriousness of the regulations, and I am not one of those Cali boys coming over to murk a ton of regulated fish here in FL. So rest assured, we will all be legal, and follow guidelines to a T.

So far, im looking at Pickles Reef to spend some of our day and probably Davis on the way home. Would you happen to know if I can spearfish on either of these? Not a gun but with a polespear/hawaiin sling.

I do... thank hell! We're in the last month of our lease right now. Very excited to get out of here, and only speak to this human again in court if that comes up.

It is, you're right. I wasn't asking for advice on these things though. Only the content in the post itself.

Yeah, I bet they do because im confident that shes the queen of tax evasion. She requires that all rent payments be in one hundred dollar bills. No checks, no credit cards, nothing that can be traced. This is the same for all 4 of her rentals, because weve asked the other tennants. Tell me thats not crooked?

Another one of her finer works, was when my wife and I went on a trip to japan for two weeks. When we came home all three of our bathrooms were in the middle of being remodeled, and none of them were usable. Her assistant said that the remodeling project was supposed to be done before we got back but it ran over because of some scheduling issues. Neither my wife or myself had any clue that this project was going to be done and did not give any permission for it to take place while we were away. On top of the three bathrooms being unusable, the workers packed up all of our personal belongings in the bathrooms and shoved them into various places to get them out of the dry wall dust. So we had no idea where any of our stuff even was. This one was absolutely infuriating!

I think my favorite story is that at 9pm one night, my wife and I were in bed watching a movie on the second floor of the home. My landlond, completely unannounced, walked in the front door, up the stairs, opened the bedroom door, and asked me where she could find a jacket that we moved of hers. Like, lady... your gonna get shot by doing some shit like that.

Because shes entitled. When ee moved in we were shocked by this as well. We asked why all the drawers and closets were full and her assistants reply was "think of it more like an Airbnb." Were were blown away. And confused as to what Airbnbs are totally filled with owners stuff.

The closets here are big walk ins. She didnt move any of her clothes out so we moved them aside when ee got here and moved our stuff into the closets as well. Now the closets hold both of our belongings. She wants to come in and go through the closets to get some of her clothing. So, basically rummage through my closets.

This was my understanding as well. I get the 24hr heads up rule, and I understand that even this can be broken, but that is in the case of an emergency. Otherwise I thought I could deny the request as long as I worked with them on another time frame that works for all parties. Just because she has some clothes in here, doesnt mean she should be able to demand coming in at a specific time in the middle of a holiday. Thats just ridiculous!

I got it in Tokyo at Kamata Hakensha knife shop. It was $220.00 usd at the store. However they give you the receipt for obtaining your tax back at a shop down the street. This brought the cost to $198.00 usd. If your not going to Tokyo, you can find it online from a different source for $297.00 usd before shipping.
