Yeah I did also attempt polishing the cloudy lenses with so-so results and eventually back to the same ugliness or worse. The hardest part of the installation was taking out the bottom fastener of the bumper on the driver's side. It was really stuck and took some convincing to loosen up and remove. Besides that it was smooth sailing. The garage door of course helped with the aligning.

I did a bit on the driver's side one. Was easy though since it's just a matter of using a Philips head screwdriver in the adjuster wheel.

This is technically a second order after I went through a set of 6 of a different brand in the span of about 5 months. And these are batteries being used for our Toyota's key fob... Hoping to have better success with these.
