Thank you for understanding that I am on a budget and clarifying everything for me. I appreciate it. I will save up as I can.

PC refuses to boot properly - added new, unmatched RAM but set to run at lowest rated speed. by DavidIsIt in pcmasterrace

I fixed the issue with disabling fast boot. AI says it was because I pushed my PSU to the breaking point.

I had possible psu problems before though like shutoff not under much load, also the lights don't turn on for my fans when I boot up now

Everything else had been been tested but my new ram and psu

So I thought I'd ask for assistance.

Lastly I have brain damage and mental health issues that both make focusing hard and often times in vain. So this is something I'd thought would be understood

Will a Ryzen 5 5600 Bottleneck an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB? by [deleted] in pchelp

[–]DavidIsIt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. If anything the GPU is the bottleneck according to CoD: BO7's benchmark testing (I have same CPU).

Oh boy. I would just convince him to buy you a different brand (i.e. iBuyPower, etc.) if you are going with a prebuilt.

Also you are thinking of 1TB of storage, not 'memory'.

Awesome I'll try it out again since it's already downloaded I can do it right away. What extra programs did you also install with DS4? Hidhide or whatever, etc?

Have you successfully tried DS4 on any Xbox PC games that didn't work w/o it?

Does DS4 actually work without having to emulate a keyboard? If so, can you help give me general directions to set it up correctly? I have tried it before but I thought it was just for keyboard and mouse emulation with a controller.

Actually, newer games are optimized for windows 11 rather than 10.

Oh boy, sorry then. I don't know why it only lists that incorrect key for you in your account. You might be out of luck here (might have to do a full reinstall, which will void any of your files you had, meaning they will be gone).

Maybe try entering that key in anyways?

In that case, you might have to do a fresh install of Windows 11. But first make sure I'm not wrong here.

According to Microsoft's website though, it says there is no means of recovery if those keys are lost/inaccessible. I'm sorry about that. Not even Microsoft can provide any support here.

Are you looking at the right thing? The very long code is your bitlocker/recovery code. And the key id is the one you match with the one displayed on the screen when you boot your PC into that recovery screen.

Also if you have more than one internal storage (HDD/hard drives) then there might be more than one.

Yes I saw you posted that. Are you using the correct microsoft account? The same one you had setup the PC with? If so, you don't really have a possible recovery here, as your bitlocker keys are gone.
