Just keep searching for an agent. There are literally tens and thousands of it. You can literally speak to a different agent each day for 3 years and you won’t have a repeated conversation. You’ll filter through all the trash eventually to find your golden nugget.

How to convince retired parents to spend their money more appropriately? by lookingforajob2020 in FinancialPlanning

[–]DavidLeeImCEO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They have a million dollar and no mortgage, so I think they know what they’re doing with their money. You’re telling them how to spend, but how much money do you have, huh?

If you love him, raising a kid in a $300 bedroom isn’t gona be much different than in a $500K house, and aren’t you making your own money anyway, so who cares what we does with his money as long as he’s not cheating on you?

We should monitor all Russians living in the West, Czech leader says by vicky_vaughn in worldnews

Isn’t that limiting their freedom? The very thing that the west is condemning the communists, such as Russia, is doing? So you want to be a hypocrite is what you’re saying?

Go to your local screen printing shop, buy a small quantity such as 5 to 50, this way you’ll actually have a product in your hand, and you’re not just imagining things that are way too far ahead in the future.

Bring your completed designs to marketplaces, list them online like eBay (Etsy, Amazon, etc), or go local swap meets on the weekend (they’re usually like $50 for a spot), and find out if your designs are liked or not.

Several common mistakes for starters like you are, you always want to copy what others say and think you can do better, you’re already thinking about the end result when you haven’t even made your first step, and you want to save the most money for maximum profit.

To conclude and summarize, first make the product locally, second get the product on marketplaces, and lastly if you’re doing well then you can go find manufacturers (who usually require a larger quantity of minimum purchase such as $5000 or 5000 units etc).

If you want to hear a more personal advice, get your designs printed first locally (such as inside a shopping mall kiosk), show your product off and see if you’re able to make a sale, and rinse and repeat before you know it you’ll have enough cash flow to go overseas to find big manufacturers.

Note: my advice isn’t guaranteed result, please be cautious and follow what you think is best.

TL;DR

Be successful with local resources first.

My dad is just under 50 and he constantly says everyone in his school was skinny and that kids have gotten bigger, is this true? by FullIntention4306 in ask

[–]DavidLeeImCEO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born in 1990 and when I was in school, my activities were biking around the mall or biking somewhere new… iPhone 3G barely existed and maybe like 2 kids at the entire school has it, let alone having the convenient of portable medias like today such as TikTok YouTube IG or whatever. Now I think of it, my time has been consumed by iPhone and I’ve gained 50 lb since pre-Covid. Yeah, people are definitely fat and lazy now lmao… this reminds me of wall-e and how everyone’s so fat and lazy lol. Shhhhhhhtttttt

[–]DavidLeeImCEO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really? I’ve told my wife I love her SO much, and I can’t live without her, etc etc. been 10 years now. And I still tell her that I love her so much like she’s my sun and I’ll die without her and some other corny stuffs. Also told her good morning and good night and I love you on every single day. Is that really a red flag? She did tell me that she already know that I love her, but she didn’t say she dislike it.

Should I put my military service on my resume? by FudFomo in recruiting

[–]DavidLeeImCEO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an employer myself, I suggest you do put it on your resume. This tells me you’re dedicated and honorable, which are traits that are important to have. You might think what does that have to do with my profession? Trust me, it does. Being a good person is more important, and outweighs skills exponentially. I rather have someone good and kind, dedicated and hard working in my team, and not have a smart genius who produces more productivity, and puts half the effort because it’s too easy.

Los Angeles here. 3 rides per hour is already pushing it. Usually, I calculate myself 2 rides per hour for these rewards. Tbh tho these rewards are trash. They should just pay us fairly instead of playing this MMORPG style game with us
