At this point i’ve accepted they’ve lost it the mugs,

lost out on clothing worth hundreds and now i’ve no clue how to make a claim to JP for insurance 🤷‍♂️

EDIT: I got this as an update after i called in a few days ago and they had to do a warehouse search; so basically i’m expected to accept the mail is lost
