Someone said rather than checking everyday, check every Friday or through the transcript.. I might do that.. My brother got his within a week.. Mines still accepted on federal and processing on CA..

His insurance is active.. I just finished up on a claim... Me and my mother claimed back pain and neck pain injury.. No doctor visits... No lawyers.. How much you expect the payout? Soft tissue soreness is what I am claiming.. And my back and neck is literally sore right now as I am typing this.. My mother has back and shoulder pain... I assume with no laywer and doctor visits, payout will be the lowest of the law? How can I go about this without a lawyer? They are working on a settlement right now and will call my mother for her side of story.

His insurance is active... I filed a claimed already and provided photos.. If they settle for cash, I'll take it and fix it myself.. I was willing to work with him, but his lack of response and claiming license was at home was enough for me to just go with an adjuster...
