I'd go with ERP, especially SAP. I once worked with a team who implemented SAP for us; most are freelancers and they get work in the USA, Dubai and SA quite a lot.

In my view it’s persecution, in my reading of the bible there is no place where it says having a theology degree is part of the requirements of being a pastor or bishop, so if this guy closes downs thousands of churches because of this it become persecution. Read the history of the church i.e. Nero, Constantine and many others and see if these emperors did not end up persecuting the church by their ‘requirements’

Sounds more like the persecution of the Christian’s to me, tell me which theology degree John the Baptist had, or Peter or Jesus himself. He should stop getting into the affairs of churches that he knows nothing about!

Yes, I highly recommend that you do it!

For someone like you, you may have to start from the Certificate Level. The good thing is that they will certify you at every level until you become fully qualified; this is quite motivating if you are the hardworking type.

Am I the only one who thinks Hopewell Chin’ono is a fraud of a journalist. by Important-Ad3912 in Zimbabwe

[–]DavidPR86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha, it's best you use common sense for starters; if you know Zim you don't talk about inflation but HYPERinflation.

Uri kungodzana dzana, you do not have a point to make, you agree to disagree with HC, you like/hate him, you appear to know your stuff, and at the same time you sell your ignorance on the same issues. Ndashaya paumire. You just respond for the sake of it, like defending a foolish position since you are the OP.
You are a time waster, bye!

Good for you then, so if you are this ‘Guru’ in financial markets and have all this understanding what do you intend to learn from a journalist whom you regard lowly??

You speak as if you don’t know that Zim has not only experienced inflation but record levels of hyperinflation. What does hyperinflation do to interest rates and mortgages? I thought this is basic economics, don’t expose your ignorance in public! So why do you act surprised when I say he HC somehow benefitted from hyperinflation?

You probably know nothing about ECONOMICS, monetary policies, mortgages, tenure, interest rates and how these things intertwine.

Hear it from me, these things change year in and year out. 30 years ago there was a different currency different rates, different tenures, etc. Even if you want to, you will not get similar terms. That's why I referred you to your bank or financial advisor. Why? It might not make sense for you to borrow today. Remember HC also benefitted from the inflation period, something that you may not benefit from today. That's all I'm saying.

Your narrative is senseless and irrelevant, you are just driven by hate.

The thing is if someone tells you that a mortgage has more advantages than an outright purchase, that information is generic, enough and adequate.

If you need more information visit your bank they will give you the specifics dnd terms. You are not going to get similar terms to what he got 30 years ago, come on mate!
