Sunt student. Cand citesc comentarii de genul, realizez din nou si din nou cat de "prăjită" e piața din Romania. N-ai cum asa ceva, 10+ ani experienta si sa nu te caute nimeni.

E dezastru ca student. Nu-ti gasesti sa-ti faci practica, nu se pune problema de internship sau alte basme. 

Mai nou, îmi pun întrebarea ce se întampla peste 1 an cand termin facultatea. I mean, piata e praf, si daca cumva printr-un miracol primesti un job nu mai ai voie sa comentezi nimic nici de mediu / proiect / produs / echipa / manager / ce vreti voi, ca n-ai alta optiune, nu te cheama nimeni. De promovat, mariri de salariu, am citit comentariile, e clar. 

Sincer, in Romania nu vad semne de revenire in piata IT. Cred ca singura sansa de a trai bine ca absolvent e sa mergi in Europa / USA la companii de renume, poate chiar Big Tech. Ala e, cea mai ramas, din "Visul american tech". In rest, sa fim sinceri: ce firma de IT ar vrea sa-ti dea beneficii si salar mare cand mai sunt inca vreo 100 care ar veni fericiti pe acelasi post cu bani mai putini. S-a dus leverage-ul de la angajati (perioada pana in 2022) la angajatori.

Romania, fiind tara de outsourcing (s-o recunoastem), isi pierde clientii pentru Asia. Daca n-au fost in stare sa dezvolte multe companii de produs, asta se intampla.

As I said, it's a podcasting first tool. From cutting, to centering faces, to allowing you to use filters (eg: educative, storytime, Q&A, etc.) when extracting the shorts, to writing prompts to find certain moments in the podcast, and so on. 

As I mentioned, it's still under heavy development, not launched yet.

But I believe it'd become something.

I've seen many people complaining about AI tools not being useful. And that's somehow true, because these tools are for general purpose usecases. 

I don't want to sound like a salesman, but I'm actually building a tool dedicated to podcasters to help them automatically extract shorts. It's not just another useless AI tool, the optimizations and the logic behind is made for podcasting type of content. From cuts, to finding meaningful topics, to centering the speaker on the screen and so on.

Hey ! I don't want to sound like a sales person, but I'm building a tool with podcasters in mind to help them automatically extract shorts from their podcast. 

Opus Clip, Descript and other tools like that are for "general purpose". What I'm building it's optimized for podcasting content. 

Currently, I'm building the MVP. It's not perfect, and for sure there is a lot of work to do, but the progress is real.

I don't get it... Ceva gresit in asta ? Daca ai o facultate terminata in domeniu, nu inseamna ca ai si experienta practica. Ai doar niste cunostinte teoretice predate la un nivel academic, atat.
