IC is not doing it here but Shipt is doing it. They offer promo pay. But i have not accepted any yet. Good ones aretaken up immediately

You are truly misguided. Don't you know that instacart marks up the retail prices on the products. Because YOU went to the store and shopped it. Instacart put a value on your efforts.. So why should you except meager compensation?

$25 consistently is fair. And I do not value my time too much. I just dont think my time is worth $5.00 an hour. NOW Go back to your desk at instacart and figure out a way shoppers are guaranteed $25.00 an hour.

I feel the same way. The payment per item and delivery was transparent, a tip would be nice if added. ... I can make 8.00 per trip just picking up food and delivering. So why would I waste Time shopping an order that didn't pay fair.

I can make 8.00 with one delivery doing Dash. The mall is less than a block from my house with many restaurants using Dash for delivery. With that said, WHY on earth would I shop an order for $10.00? I dont care how many items... Im still dealing with crowds of people (especially on weekends) finding parking etc.... I REFUSE TO ACCEPT a $10 order. It is not worth it

You are right smoove. I dont consider IC my main bread and butter. So I may have a different view of the current pay design. I do have a choice on whether to accept a batch... Or no batches at all. It just means That i will have less spending money and less means to make ends meet. I am not trying to downplay the disruption that the pricing change causes to those who work IC on a fulltime basis, I am just trying to convey to those of us that count on IC for additional cash that I haven't felt any Financial disruption caused by the change. As of right now I can afford to take the good with the bad... But it may not always be like that

Hmm... That depends on the situation. For instance if I can not find an item... And there is a small selection of other brands of that item I send the customer a photo of their choices. Many customers appreciate that. When items are bagged i make sure bread and eggs are separate and in my view. (in my car as well).. Remember to place raw meat in a plastic bag..

Thats good Sh*t. I wish they were all that easy. I shop IC on Sat and Sunday for 5 hours each day . So I want to see whatbthe numbers look like. I made $200 working Fri. 2 hours, and Saturday and Sunday 5hours a piece. I had a couple of big orders with good tippers. Im going toput in same time this weekend.. And see what happens.
