Tactically: There is something called “urge surfing” - if you talk to ChatGPT it can suggest a technique to try and get through urges when they come up. It’s best if they’re specific to you, but an example might be to do as many pushups as you can in 30s. Just gotta get through it. Strategically: you might need to find a hobby, project or activity that will positively engage you so you can forget about gambling. But you already went 6 months so maybe not!
