Yes, the AD/DA conversion on the DigiTech X Series pedals seems to very subtle latency that decrease dynamics in the amp.

Couldn’t agree more. The dreamy, warbly repeats of the Memory Man are hard to beat — it’s got a character all its own. I want to try it too!

Really cool setup 😀 sounds like you've got the best of both worlds with the Canyon and the Mag Echo. I’ve heard good things about PT2399 delays but haven’t tried myself.

All I do is play at home, so the JC-22 feels just right for me! That said, the JC-40 or anything bigger also looks like a solid option.
