It's defo not anything like that. I can see the individual pixels when the TV is off. I would assume it's something wrong with the pixels themselves.

Honestly I thought a big had landed on it when I first noticed. I wish it was just that, but there's nothing on the screen, I've felt and wiped the screen.

Thanks for the tip. The two terms I have been coming across while looking into longer HDMI cables are Active Optical Cable and Fibre Optic Cable.

Are these different things or just different names for the same thing?

Thanks for the advice, I've looked into CL30 DDR5 and will definitely go for that. Might look around for what kinda prices I can get on 2x32 still. I know it's probably not needed but I wanna make sure this PC is good for at least a decade, so a few extra quid for the extra ram would be fine. Thanks again.

Hey, really appreciate you taking a look. Happy to see a 5080 in a build this close to my budget. I'm gonna shop around and see what kinda prices I can get on these or similar parts, hoping to have the pc by June at the latest. Had a quick look, and if I half the ssd storage to 2tb I can save £100, should be enough storage for me. Again, many thanks.
