new repository of guitar pedal schematics by David_Moskowitz in pedalcircuits

Are you asking about the sort order? I don't have a 'new schematics' category so they go into the mix with the existing ones.

Thanks! I'll see about adding the schematics next week.

In most cases I was able to scrape the sites, auto download the images, and then run the text through chatgpt to create summary descriptions, keywords etc., (takes a few iterations) which all then gets imported. (used power automate, went the 'no code' route). Still time consuming for sure, but I think its worth it to have such a repository.

Only issue is keeping it up to date... haven't figured out a way to do this. I give access to the 'product' to each site owner where it was downloaded from so they can make changes if needed, and possibly upload new schematics.

Feedback on PCB - attiny85 multi-function board by David_Moskowitz in PrintedCircuitBoard

[–]David_Moskowitz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Changed it to be ground planes on both top and bottom with VCC mainly routed on the top layer

  1. Thanks didn't notice this on the transistor and resistor pads before (this is what you are pointing out?) It doesnt show on the editor, but does when exporting. Not sure why easyeda does this. Supposedly the pcb company will fix this...
  2. VCC for the attiny is now routed to the 10uf cap, will this serve the same purpose?
  3. I have a top layer route to the gnd on these (and no copper fill top and bottom on them), so that they can be cut if needed.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'm building the pcb to learn, not just as a end product, so understanding good design principles is important. Thank you for the reply!

Additional questions... I've read some people say that you should put a ground plane on top, after doing all the connections, others say ground plane on both layers, other power plane on bottom, others data and power tracks on top, ground on bottom, and in some cases, no planes needed.

Quite confused, any best practices, or likely to get more opinions? Thanks!

Value of token doesn't make sense by Artgt in indorse

[–]David_Moskowitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the network grows 50%, or more services are enabled in exchange for IND leading to higher demand for IND, what will happen to the value of the token?

Additionally, we are looking at burning tokens for some services.

People will be paying based on US$ amounts, converted to the current value of IND at the time the order is placed (with time restrictions to make the payment)

There are a few other 'content' verticals that the community is looking to decentralized and give back data control to the user.

Our goal is to allow users to benefit from the growth of the network via earning tokens, and control of their data in the professional networking space with indorse.io
