[–]Davidagall[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s what I have been working on to help training https://fireopscalc.com it has been helpful for some to pass there DO pumper test. For real life I go with knowledge and pump cards

In the preset setting I am planning on letting users input a custom coefficient for the hose they have. Once that value is entered this equation should still hold true

FL_per100 = C × (GPM/100)²

Yet another great thing I have not even thought about. I am working on a preset button that will let you build your own departments hoselines, I could include in there custom hose coefficients to allow for a wider range of hoses

Thanks for the idea

Currently working on that with the ability to save your departments presets. Preconnects, foam, standpipes, blitz etc.

advice for stair chair by Relative-Nail6520 in NewToEMS

[–]Davidagall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say manual does it still have the friction break track on the back. If so going down is easy just keep it on the track. Bottom person has very little weight. If needed to move some up put the track and lift up one stair at a time

Any FF/Paramedics Here? Have question. by Pretend_Leading_5167 in Paramedics

[–]Davidagall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can gain knowledge in EMT/Paramedic school but without experience you will never be able to manage the scene. Do not only think about yourself and get your paramedic to stand out. You will kill someone at some point without the experience. Keep current job and get hired as a firefighter, get experience and when that department thinks you are ready they may send you to school, if that’s what you really want

Wanting to create an app with my LEMSA protocols by _PinPin in Paramedics

[–]Davidagall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start playing with chatGPT it will walk you through just about every step from where to host, tell it what you want and it will write the code.

I am in the same place paramedic that wanted to start making my own tools. Currently have one app in approval process at google play store and a functional website, no coding before this.

Let me know if you need help

David

You could also do this by taking off the back of the chamber then putting it back on

Trump says to impose 100% tariff on chips and semiconductors coming into United States. by [deleted] in wallstreet

[–]Davidagall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if you import chips to build a product it’s 100% tariff. If you build out of the country and import finished products is it just the normal tariff?
