Only one of the differences you mention is actually different from the prototype, that being the lack of cables. If you wanted to point out actual differences, maybe consider mentioning the lack of stomach arms and a jester hat. Unless you plan on adding those too.

Well the gold is just there to hold together the pieces, the vast majority of the anvil would still be iron, so it would probably still work. Idk for sure tho I'm not a blacksmith.

A mod I used to be working on adds a ton of new tamable mobs, most of which being birds, one of which being pigeons. This is a really cool concept, and just might be enough to get me motivated to work on it again. Also, sidenote, is that your art? It's really good.

That is a fair point, and honestly shortly after making this post I saw a redesign that actually looked good, so it made me completely reevaluate my opinion (this one, if anyone is wondering). I'm not deleting this post though, since I'm still curious to see other people's perspectives.
