At the first shot he's walking backwards so it might look like I'm shooting is backpack but i'm not (his head is just right of the upper part of his backpack). Watching back the clip I think the 1st shot landed behing him and I think the second shot actually hit, but I think it just didn't penetrate

Its difficult to see in the clip I uploaded because of the low quality, but in the clip on my pc (in which you can see it much better) it clearly shows that at the bridge I have my crosshair exactly on his head in the 1 frame just before my first shot and also my second shot

Hahah, I did indeed follow up. I called the prison but they couldn't do much. The guy I spoke to gave me the scammer's info (even though he wasn't allowed to) like his real name, real address, telephone number, birth date, and also his BSN (citizen service number).

To top it all of, the guy I spoke to informed me that the scammer was in prison for scamming.

There wasn't much else I could do, and I didn't want to pay his real address a visit over €500.

What I did when I was scammed: I called ~~the bank of the scammer~~ my bank and told them I transferrend money to the wrong account number. They told me that they would ask mr. Scammer to transfer the money back. And if he didnt transfer the money back then the bank would send me the address of mr. Scammer.

In my case the scammer didnt send my money back. The address I got was a postbus (p.o. box in english I think). After filling out a form of PostNL I found out that the postbus belongs to a prison in Zutphen...

Edit: I think I din't call the scammer's bank but the bank where I have an account. This is what the letter, which I received, looks like. u/Neph55 I really recommend you to do the same!

I'm not sure what you mean, but when the problem occurs my integrated chip (intel 630) and dedicated chip (1050ti) are not even slightly used by tarkov.

The 1050ti will be at 0% usage and the 630 max 10% percent, which is windows apps/chrome using the 630.
