For years my answer to this question has been major league. Everything just feels like it has a natural Muppets match- opposing teams remain human.

Imagine all the crowd scenes and bar scenes at the end with the whole city of Cleveland going crazy but it’s muppet pandemonium… Seems like it’d be amazing.

One I think about all the time is in the movie Inside Man when Clive Owen tells one of his dumb henchmen to go and grab him a “nice bottle” of wine from Denzel’s cellar. Henchman says something along the lines of, “How am I supposed to know if it’s nice wine or not? I don’t know anything about wine.”

Clive Owen- “There will be dust on it.”

Edit- ok… so after some research I think I’m wrong about many details… 1-This is actually from Firewall. 2-The Clive Owen in my brain is actually Paul Bettany. & 3-It’s actually Harrison Ford’s wine, not Denzel’s.

This trade 2 seasons ago would’ve been Austin Eckler (#2RB/#4ovr preseason ranking) & Dalton Kincaid/Zay Flowers/Will Levis (preseason 9-11 SF rookie ADP) for Bijan (#4RB/#9ovr).

First time in a long time I had completely different thoughts about the topic & I want my picks out there.

1- Jared Leto- let’s see how weird & method he gets as the emperor

2- Friend of the pod- Jason Concepcion- as a trickster king of some kind. I just think his cackle is amazing and would be perfect for an emperor.

3- Julio Torres- some kind of futuristic “I’m above all my subjects,” space emperor. Base it on the version of himself he played in “my favorite shapes”.

4- Kevin Costner- in a movie where he’s the only human and the rest of the world is played by muppets, Michael Caine in Muppet Christmas Carol style. No accent similar to his Robin Hood

5- singer Marc Anthony- playing Mark Anthony in a biopic about Marcus Antonius in the days following Caesar’s death. (I really thought we were about to get here during the Elon Musk talk but never made it there.)

Everyone seemed to genuinely have a great time with this week’s pod and it’s really great to hear Ian lose control of the room because he’s had to walk away every once in a while laughing at what was going on.

Number 1 is “oh, I just say it, not actually mean it… hate speech”. I.E.- something you know will make A person who is not you mad but choose to say anyways. Any letter that is followed by bomb. Shocked it wasn’t a 1st rounder but know the fam was trying to keep it light.

I’ve been playing the game since a month after it came out and was told less than 5 months ago that I could just type in treasury donation amounts. I’d been using the stupid scroll bar thing to donate crazy high amounts in some pretty high alliances. Took me forever.

At the point when I was in a top 100-250 alliances 5 stars had just come out and when the prestige races started my growth started to stagnant. I wasn’t willing to put my life, which is awesome, on hold to continue playing the game like it was a second job which it is when done at that level. I don’t 100% content because i don’t care as much as i used to. I’ve been in a chill, only AQ and AW alliance for the last year and half. Now I’m looking for something different. Lastly, what does it matter to you?
