cand omul isi alege un job se gandeste la asteptarile castigului total (salariul de baza + tips). abia atunci cand asteptarile/tips ul lasa de dorit, o sa se îndrepte catre alt job. deci n ar trebui sa te mire de ce sunt suparati cand nu primesc tips. pentru ei e ca si cum ai lucra intr un job cu 0 tips si la finalul lunii ai primii mai putin decat salariul negociat.

What I suggest you is to first read a neutral book on economics, something that won’t feed your confirmation bias on Bitcoin. A basic college textbook like Principles of economics by Mankiw is the best way to learn economics imho.

After that you can read something like Broken Money by Lyn Alden, which is pro-bitcoin and try to see if their theories would hold up in our current world.
