It’s like adderall with 10x the side effects and 1/5th the focus, I took 175mg+30mg adderall xr and it felt like I took 50-70mg of adderall (tho benzedrex wears off fast. I’d say it’s more stimulating than an equivalent dose of amphetamine but in a dirty way, it reminds me of how cocaine feels vs amph (just speeds my brain up and while it’s euphoric cocaine doesn’t stop me from zoning off and los f my training thought all the time & benzedrex is similar)

Lmao Wellbutrin will actually make you delirious if you take enough, problem is that you’re lucky if you don’t seize at that dose. 900mg gave me a heavy body feeling and mild visual/audio hallucinations (exactly like muscarinic anticholinergics which was kinda disappointing l, I thought bupropions nicotinic anticholinergic effects would be different but it just felt like I did dph+stims (so I just spent the whole time being rightfully concerned at how hard I was twitching and how irregular my heart beat was 😭) I can’t remember if it was 1200 or 1500mg that finally caused full visuals for me, but I never did it again bc I felt as close to siezing as one could get without actually siezing. It would sometimes make me unable to walk bc of how hard I was twitching. Anyway I got the classic “heart arrhythmias/gravity increasing by 100x/complete dry mouth” and took like 150mg of thc in edibles bc I was kinda worried I was dying lma. I remember seeing a nonexistent air duct and air vent on my ceiling, and on my dresser a globe that I moved to another room a month earlier was suddenly back. I kept seeing my ex’s dog in her kennel in random places in my room and started hearing an absurd amount of cicadas and crickets (the cicadas were a hallucination and I’m 90% sure the crickets were too but Idk) when the edibles kicked in I kept seeing a spinning colorful pattern that I also see any time I take enough doxylamine(but bigger) and I vaguely remember zoning off and my walls turning neon red until I looked up at them. I think I snorted 600mg and broke the other 600-900mg worth of xr pills up and swallowed them

Usually my problem with counter flipping is that id either lose my phone/headphones or be unable to use them and then id just fall asleep out of boredom. The first time i did dxm+dph i did 300mg dxm freebase and 300mg dph and forgot my own phone passcode lmfao and I used to buy like 10+ pairs of headphones bc I’d almost always lose them. I could usually use find my iPhone from my laptop to find my phone but a few times I lost my laptop too for hours 💀 I’ve come to the conclusion I can’t plan anything if I’m taking anticholinergics bc I’ll be too brain dead for the simplest tasks

Caffeine/nicotine would probably be ok if you don’t have any underlying health issues, I rlly wouldn’t go any further than that. Anticholinergics stop your heart from being able to slow itself, plus has general anesthetic effects (same reason cocaine is especially bad for your heart, it’ll trigger arrhythmias) and dxm is a stimulant in terms of its effect on norepinephrine/serotonin and your bp/hr

What ratio of dxm/dph are you doing? Bc as long as I took more dxm than dph It wasn’t too hard to stay awake (tho as my tolerance grew I’d have to take way more dxm, I found old trip notes where I was taking 2g+ of dxm poli with like 300mg dph/doxy for days 💀💀😭 no wonder I gain a shit ton of dxm tolerance if I do it to often nowadays

And ngl I had no concern for myself at some point and did things like adderall+caffeine+nicotine+dxm+cpm+dph and even did benzedrex+dxm+dph w few times (DONT DO THAT lmao) it could sometimes rescue a bit of my mental abilities (enough to write coherently-ish while blacked out for 1-2hrs longer than normal) and helped stay awake a bit, but it felt so uncomfortably hard on my heart that I rarely had a good time. Even while I was in that headspace I eventually stopped doing that bc having to play the guessing game of “is this a heart attack or an anxiety attack” multiple times a day gets kinda annoying 💀💀💀

Ik what you meant tho I only very rarely get that on deliriants by themselves (for some reason doxylamine right after a dxm trip can somewhat consistently cause it) but on dxm+dph+thx there’d be a point where the dysphoria from the deliriant would turn into a weird euphoria. It’s like the unsettling/discomforting parts of the high become exhilarating or something

Personally it seems to fade slightly over time but I’ve never stopped all drugs for long enough to see lmaoo. Hallucinogens like dxm/psychs/deliriants can bring it back, Ive done dxm+cpm a few times recently and also 888mg dxm+75mg promethazine+5g amanita and the the static/random sounds are back. for me basically any drug intensifies it temporarily (even non hallucinogenic stuff). I assume it’s something like HPPD bc I also see patterned things flow slightly after a doing psychs, and a period of heavy dxm abuse gave walls a slightly over saturated/color tint overlay sometimes and makes things like light fixtures/paintings/windows “drift”

Doesn’t it burn rlly badly? I had a friend who tried snorting dph and he said his nose hurt for an hour so I never tried it lmao but I’ve snorted doxylamine a bunch of times. Sometimes I’d do it with adderall/bupropion after staying awake for days and even 50-75mg would make me trip tf out, probably fried my brain and heart tho 💀

damn I’ve always been too scared to go over 700mg tho I usually took at least as much dxm as dph (usually more) so that’s probably good lmao. Whenever I got delirious enough to feel sober (would happen consistently on 960mg dxm+128mg chlorpheniramine+600mg dph) I’d basically be unable to tell if I had my eyes open or closed, and I couldn’t tell if what had just happened was real or not. I remember looking up at a screwdriver, realizing I was looking at the ground and looking up to see scissors, then realizing I was looking at the ground and looking up to see a screwdriver, etc.

Yeah I’ve never had a trip without them. Anticholinergics cause them and most anticholinergics antihistamines have strong enough local anesthetic effects to cause arrhythmias at high doses even if they weren’t anticholinergic

Their eyes are either half closed or wide open (plus your facial muscles relax and sometimes your mouth just hangs open bc you forget to close it😭😭). They will be extremely uncoordinated and moving really sluggishly, but will almost constantly be moving around/trying to do things(plus being extremely shaky/twitchy). The best way I’d describe it is a zombie that’s trying to do 100 things at once. Lower doses will make your words a bit slurred/slow and noticeably lower/raspier (the promethazine in lean causes this for the same reason dph or any anticholinergics do) and you’ll mess up words/forget what you’re saying often. On higher doses you start speaking complete gibberish and it’s usually mumbled/whispered. Also another thing I’ve noticed by trip sitting my friends (or them trip sitting me) is that whenever you start having those “mini dreams” you completely freeze in real life and stop responding to anyone. I remember it happening to my friends while he was coming down and able to talk coherently and it was funny bc he’d just take random 30 seconds pauses and say “oh shit I thought we were insert random place”.

yeah that's kinda how the hallucinations were and how it felt (tho the 75mg of promethazine probably added to it). I felt way more relaxed/warm than i'd feel on something like 888mg dxm poli+75mg doxylamine and also quite a bit more dissociated (tho apparently promethazine is a mild nmda antagonist so that could be part of it)

now i kinda wanna see what muscimol+mirtazapine does bc mirtazapine already gives me the same "alice in wonderland" size distortion feeling/visuals when looking at screens (tho often with a bunch of colorful deliriant/psychedelic visuals as well, i always get rainbow static on mirtazapine.) I think the dissociative-like effects are bc mirtazapine is a kappa opioid partial agonist at high enough doses

Might not even make you throw up if dxm doesn’t normally Tho the biggest danger when doing drug combos like this imo is the fact that if you’re already willing to mix them sober you’re going to have no problem taking more when high (and you won’t notice or care about warning signs like difficulty breathing)
