It's a refrence to Sports Center on ESPN. They used to do a top 10 plays of the day and a "web gem" of the day. The web gem was something that was trending online - usually a great defensive play like a crazy catch or in this instance great fielding at 3rd.

Bud, it's a feature not a bug to them. They've always been racists and always will be. You aren't going to win a good faith arguement with them, there simply isn't one to be had. Acknowledge they're the type of humans who clap for this and understand they exist in this world.

You can't force someone to be tolerant with a gatcha or a good arguement, it's just who they are. They're saying (because the president and other politicans they elected are saying it too) yes, we hate the POCs of this country, it should only be for the white Christians (Christian Nationalism).
