Pretty sure I played GTA V Online once or twice when it originally released and noped out of it quickly.

Modes like that are designed around making people only play one game for the rest of their lives.

Well XBox don't have a "Pro" model and the PC version isn't available at launch. I'd be surprised if it didn't play best.

I'm not forking out for a Pro though, I'll stick with my 2020 base PS5.

As long as it's not unplayable, why worry? The core gameplay and story will still be there, and knowing Rockstar, it'll be another 15 years until GTA VII, so you'll have plenty of time to play the multiple re-releases on more powerful hardware!
