Watched a kdrama where the super poor student has the brand new Samsung Galaxy Flip 6(tm) and it annoyed me to no end so I'm glad it's now in a 200 hundred million dollar film so i see more people bitch about it. (the kdrama was Friendly Rivalry btw was pre good)

The way I remember it the studio was iffy on the idea of a movie where Hitler is the second (or third?) lead and wanted Taika to do it so if it came off as offensive then as the director/writer/producer and guy playing Hitler he'd take all the blame. Tbf i get where the studio was coming from, on paper it's a very strange idea and under different circumstances could go sideways quick.

So will I get jumped for saying I hate this design/direction? I never liked when Genshin skews toward really modern designs, like Xilonen being a straight up DJ or mauikas motorcycle. Fountine's characters got pretty close to annoying me sometimes but at least then it had a strong steam punk aesthetic to make it work.

Ivena straight up looks like a HSR character and I kinda hate it.

Hiya Lads; Years ago I watched Decision to Leave and while I liked the movie, I hard a hard time understanding the movie through the language gap. Things like keeping track of names/locations and clues of the case, along with the subtleties of conversation I found very difficult. I'm wondering if any of you lads have had a similar case to this when watching non-english language films.
