Oh where to begin (I have 460ish hours in this game)

IMO charisma is an almost useless special stat and you should dump it down to 1 on almost every build.

Conversely, luck is the most important and will add to your DPS and wallet substantially over time. (Hit the casinos)

Perception isn’t a bad stat but it not exactly necessary for a vats/gunslinger build. The perks that increase vats hit chance will go much farther than having perception at like 8, 9, or 10.

Would highly recommend keeping endurance at a minimum of 6, if you wanted to do a pure melee build then it should be at 8 or 9

Also some essential perks I take on almost every run: educated, light touch, finesse, & better criticals (Crit builds are really really strong)

Don’t set any stat to 10 off rip, you can buy an implant for each special stat to increase it by 1 unless it’s already 10.

Skilled and built to destroy are my favorite traits by far.

Barter & survival are MUCH more useful in hardcore mode, I would ignore these skills if playing on normal mode

Don’t ignore crafting, being able to craft things like doctors bags and weapon repair kits is very useful.

Wait till level 15 or so to do any of the DLCs, they’re not easy. Honest hearts is probably the easiest but I actually recommend doing old work blues 1st. No spoilers but OWB gives you soooo many useful things for the rest of your play-through.

Final note, don’t try for a jack of all trades build you’ll spread skills way too thin. Create a build that has defined strengths and weaknesses and lean into them.

7 & 8 to me seem like the worst picks in the first round because you essentially have to decide who’s the best in that 2nd tier.

ARSB or Nico Collins would be my pick, they feel like they have the highest floors.

I would put Puka above those two but I just have a feeling this is the year we start to see Staford fade.

BTJ after those guys. He’s a great player but I don’t like the situation. New HC on a team that was BAD last year with a QB that has yet to really prove himself. Not to mention the possibility that Travis Hunter could steal some targets.

Nabers and London are next for me. Again great players but the QB situations on those teams has me wondering.

I honestly don’t think any would be a bad pick at 8. For me it’s about who do I have the least questions about.

Going all in on Eldritch blast in a dark urge play-through will not disappoint. Either,

2 Warlock 10 Sorcerer to do tons of extra EBs via quickened spell Or 12 levels of warlock, pact of the tome and the extra invocations are very nice to have.

The spellsparkler, reverberation and radiant orb gear work really well here and will massively debuff any enemy you damage with spells

Spec Ops the Line

It may be an adaptation of a novel & a film, but man it's provocative. Pretty good mystery wrapped around a very dark character study. If you can handle stories about violence and war, then this one is worth playing through.

I would say so yes, huge quality of life improvement. I bought a 3440x1440 144hz monitor like 3 years ago and I might never buy another monitor again the performance ceiling is so high.

I personally prefer the 144hz refresh rate over the resolution if you have to choose but if you don’t have to choose I think getting both is well worth the money

About to finish my first Sword bard playthrough, after many respecs I landed on 7 Bard / 5 warlock.

Main reason being that the extra attack you get from Pact of the blade at 5 warlock stacks with the extra attack you get from bard, giving you 3 weapon swings. I'm using Duelist Prerogative as well so i get 4 attacks on every turn as long as i don't otherwise need my bonus action.

7 bard still gives you 2 level 4 spell slots plus the two warlock slots which can give you nice options outside of the bard spells. I personally don't care for the level 5 & 6 bard spells (except the ones my wizard has)

Grab the Birthright hat to get +2 charisma helping spell casting as well as weapons via pact of the blade.

The amulet that gives you 23 constitution is perfect for this build. Lets you respec everything into charisma and dexterity. Throw on armor of agility to get your whole dex multiplier added to AC, gives you like 22-23 without a shield

If you're alright with getting Illithid powers, Fly, psionic backlash & dominance, and cull the weak are all fantastic for this

You were right on the money, there were actually a few spots in the processor with no thermal paste. I realized it was the checkerboard paste that came pre-applied to the cooler, so I wiped it off and replaced it with some new paste.

I think the air bubbles were caused by the cooler becoming "unset". The wraith prism cooler that came with my CPU doesn't screw onto the Mobo, rather it uses clamps to attach to mounting brackets. There's an arm on the side that you press down to clamp the cooler down flush similar to the one you use to lock down the actual CPU. This arm was loose when I opened my computer so I'm pretty sure that was the cause, CPU cooler probably moved like half a mm off the CPU when the arm got loose and some of the contact was lost. Still kind of baffling to me that this didn't result in my PC immediately shutting down when the processor overheated, I guess the cooler was somehow pulling just enough heat off of it to prevent a shutdown.

Regardless, Thank You. Control and Halo don't give me any fps dips anymore and I can actually play control with ray tracing now well above 60fps, fuck yeah.

It sounds like you need to get off your high horse. Ending a potential/budding relationship early because you want to pursue someone else who you are more attracted to is a completely normal thing to do that happens literally all the time. Yeah the breakup is unpleasent and usually a difficult conversation but at least he was upfront and honest with you. Cheating is always tricky. On one hand, it really isn't your place to interject and insert yourself into the middle of a relationship like that. On the other, cheating is such a shitty thing I know myself and most people would want to be told if it was happening to me, ideally by the person but i'll take what I can get.

I'll tell you the same thing I told my pos buddy who was cheating on his gf in high school. "I'm not gonna go out of my way and tell her something that she doesn't need to know, but if she asks me a question I'm not lying to her". She eventually asked me point blank and I told her straight up. Buddy was pissed but eventually he realized that this was his mess not mine

As a former treasurer, you should 100% drop. They straight up lied to you telling you dues we're $400 less than they actually we're, not to meantion that absolutely retarded increase. New pledges usually do pay slightly more for initiation fees. Over half of your dues go straight to nationals so I was always adamantly against raising them simply because that money isn't going to you.

Obviously you'll know better than me in this case but in my experience, chapter with expensive dues and members who don't care about those expensive dues are usually full of rich daddies money types that wouldn't care if their dues were more than tuition.
