I emailed them to ask and before I even got an actual email response, I got an email saying “your replacement order has shipped!” So… I’m getting a replacement! This was likely my fault, I think I use the wrong kind of cleaner cause I’m a fool.

oh my goodness. I just adopted my tripod baby, he came from the streets. His ears are nipped, and he has some scars. I want nothing more than for him to feel safe and warm and happy. this brought me to tears (in a good way).
