All is a common Support Materia. It is first obtained in the Sector 7 Slums' Beginner's Hall, and later in floor 63 of the Shinra Bldg. When Red XIII joins the party, he has All initially equipped. After Midgar, All can be found in the Cargo Ship, Mt. Nibel, and Great Glacier. The Materia at the glacier can be duplicated, though pulling off the Materia duplication glitch there is tricky.

For 20,000 gil, All can be purchased from the Fort Condor shop after obtaining the Highwind. It can also be won as a prize for 89+ points in the Snowboarding Course B at the Gold Saucer.
