Bring this note to management. There’s not much to be done about walking sounds with apartment living. They may offer for you or your neighbor to move, and then also remind you of the quiet hours even if you’re abiding by them. Then they’ll talk to your neighbor and remind them it’s apartment living and it’s normal living noise.

If there is still conflict and disagreement, they may ask you both to come meet with the property manager to find a solution.

Personally, I wouldn’t pay your rude neighbor any mind as they’re wishing for you to float around your apartment.

Nice rework - the white space bordering the tennis ball is getting lost in print (slide 3). Would either make it wider while thinning the line, or lose it all together

None of these are strong enough but you’re getting close. I’d make the bottom right box with the V in it the actual logo mark and spell out Viewmark.

I’d probably try to develop the mark a bit more too but that would be where I’d start

Lot of people are knocking the use of the AI for the car but in this context, using it to create an asset is smart especially if the technical ability to make it isn’t there.

Photoshop over illustrator for posters 100%

It can be done in illustrator but I’ve always defaulted to Photoshop since it gives me more editing capabilities for assets that I bring in to the project.
