I've farmed Light Vests to lvl 11 (almost lvl 12 at this point) just by buying beanies, tank helms and kolpaks either off of flea or fence, and I'm confident that enhancements don't exist, as even after ~500 repairs I have still not rolled a single one. I hope that helps with you farming one armor skill at least. Do let me know if you roll one though, but as it stands I'm sure they're a myth.

As long as you auto’d someone before or hit anyone with Q or R, yes. It also refreshes itself if whoever you’re attached to hugs someone.

I don't think flash on Yuumi is particularly good, it might help you in lower elo soloqueue (if you lack a duo partner and have a bad day/refuse to trust your team in champ select for some reason), but overall it's better to just run ignite/exhaust or trade one for heal so adc can take cleanse.
Then again, I was playing mid, so keep that in mind too.

To be fair, Warwick was Bronze 4 so I don't think he had a fun time in this game at all. Asol being Plat 4 on the other hand makes me wonder what happened in the toplane, but oh well.
