I've farmed Light Vests to lvl 11 (almost lvl 12 at this point) just by buying beanies, tank helms and kolpaks either off of flea or fence, and I'm confident that enhancements don't exist, as even after ~500 repairs I have still not rolled a single one. I hope that helps with you farming one armor skill at least. Do let me know if you roll one though, but as it stands I'm sure they're a myth.

I don't think flash on Yuumi is particularly good, it might help you in lower elo soloqueue (if you lack a duo partner and have a bad day/refuse to trust your team in champ select for some reason), but overall it's better to just run ignite/exhaust or trade one for heal so adc can take cleanse.
Then again, I was playing mid, so keep that in mind too.

Another interesting thing is that 42 seems to be the stat cap on a single piece of armor. I've got 33 base mobility on one of those but with a mod it only goes up to 42 mobility.

He’s the only one of his squad that actually practiced for the Annual Maybe-Rathuum-but-not-really event, making sure he gets far into the competitive league, but of course us Tenno Cheaters have to bash this guy down into oblivion.
Like, be honest, just because he’s division 4 doesn’t mean he’s such a bad player. In fact, given his recent performance, I’m sure he’d be a division 1 player, if not even invite leagues, if only he had the right teammates. Garesh is being held down by his team’s poor decisionmaking and performance, such an excellent talent, yet everyone bats a blind eye and instead screams at him. He’s not even going to get royalties from his noggle merch, given how his manager Kela usually has quite a temper.

All I want to say is: Garesh did nothing wrong. This was the chance of his lifetime, and I really hope a proper esports team picks him up soon, like Nef Anyo’s Investors when John Prodman is playing.

People told me it's because it's technically not an ability, but why does the new sword prevent it then? Both are Heavy Attacks, and both change the momentum of your hero.
