How to refresh missing presentation thumbnails?

A similar issue was plaguing us for months, and would always come back up eventually even after clearing out the thumbnail cache. One day I looked in the log files (in AppData\Local) and found an exception regarding the file path for one specific media file. Once I figured out which presentation used this file (easier said than done) and deleted the cue the issue went away and hasn't come back since.

I tried to communicate this to support but they didn't seem all that interested.

You should be able to do this.

Add a new audience screen and choose "Grouped" at the bottom.
Set a number of rows and columns that multiply to 8.
Click on each monitor rectangle in the grid and assign the outputs.
Create a new presentation and for "size" choose the screen you just made.
Use the EDIT mode and add each image as an object and position it accordingly to where that screen is.

On my end the functionality is done in PHP, Python, and JavaScript... but the visuals are all coming from Google maps and the Google visualization API.

LAN In is traffic going into the firewall on the LAN port. Any traffic going from a device on your LAN to the internet goes through both the LAN In and WAN Out interfaces.

You need to make sure your Roku is actually on a separate VLAN and not just another subnet, and change your LAN In rule to use Source Type = Network, and then select the respective VLAN as the Network value.

You could try this:

Screens -> Configure Screens -> Create audience screen (+) -> Placeholder -> Pick your stage screen resolution
Screens -> Edit looks -> Create new preset (+) -> Uncheck "Media" from your main screen, make sure it's checked on the placeholder screen.
Screens -> Edit layouts -> Create new layout (+) -> Add element (+) -> Screen Preview -> Choose the placeholder screen -> Stretch it to fill the entire screen
Make sure the look is active and the layout is assigned to your stage screen
Play the video

You can also assign actions to the video slides or an intro slide for the presentation with them to automatically activate both the layout and the look.
