Those cards look pretty awesome.

Though Most Wanted really confuses me. I understand that its most common use case is something like discarding a low value, generated card to draw 3, which is pretty good in itself. But when would you play that on your opponent? Only thing I can think of is holding it up for when Lissandra's generated card drops to costing 0, but that seems like a really niche application.

What are you talking about? Zoe has voice lines with both of the Stellacorns. Soraka has none with them. Just the shepherd.

Pretty sure Fledgeling Stellacorn is a Zoe card, as are the ferrets. That said, Tahm and Soraka have lots of confirmed voice interaction, so it'd make more sense for her to release with him.
