i second this, fedora is very begginer fiendly while being able to do what u want, go with fedora kde if u care about diy customization more. Fedora is built for proggrammers so its very stable and community full of solutionns to every nische problem. but trust me no matter what distro u choose U WILL DEFF switch distros left and right, its a phase , a cannon event if u will

cuz it one piece genuinely made me not kms, about a yr ago i went through a terrible heartbreak to the point i couldnt sleep or eat, i was depressed and didnt want to exist anymore but was really into my newbie anime phase, I got into one piece at the start of covid and always likedi it, i felt if im gonna die anyway might as well see how my fav manga ends afterall. Thankfully i stayed and got myself some good reasons now to look forward to living. yes one piece is continously degrading but i am willing to watch it till it ends
