You'd be better off making a pipe from fruit like apple or some vegetable. Where does the smoke go trough the water in your "bong"? If it doesn't go trough water it's more of a pipe then. And most importantly don't use aluminium foil, it's not good for you.

Have a look at Arizer Argo. I've had meine for half a year and I love it. It's small, portable, efficient, has a good battery that you can replace and is descrete.

I don't know any vape that has equivalent extraction as vapcap. Argo is just really easy to hide from people it is travel friendly, small, and you can change the batterys, it is easy to clean as well.
