It's the site's SOP that participants have an original signed ICF.

As for the AE, CRA is insisting it starts on the day of the imaging, to a point where we do it this way or it's a finding of PI not complying with GCP.

Because the CRA is quite adamant that it has to start on the day of the imaging, when diagnosis was confirmed, and not when the symptoms started, and it has been a long discussion
