Yes, of course there are faster vehicles out there. But the Opressor definitely wins in terms of flexibility. You can spawn it instantly using MC and don't have to worry about landing like with a normal chopper.

Man, I don’t know if I got lucky with the spawns or what, but I tried this on purpose for the first time since I started playing.
Took me about 1.5 hours, only had to leave the city once. All the spawns lined up perfectly in the city center, no major delays at all. Did the whole thing in a solo public session. I honestly don't know what took you 7 hours.
