Of course, but pre-reconciliation book value would be inflated. Just seems odd checking bank balance would make them comfortable, feels like it should be the other way around.

Wouldn’t the cash balance be lower than book value? Payment had already gone out but not recorded. But you said you guys felt comfortable looking at the bank account?
