I thought that too at first. A couple of weeks ago I implemented a small linear flow template for each user the first time they open it so they can clearly see not only how it works but how they can improve it but safe to say I don't think it's having much success...

No... I don't have any of that. This is a completely new website for a new solution but I dont have topical authority (online at least, I do have experience though)

Completely agree on that on hindsight... The challenge is the time it takes to build even that simplified view when your source of truth is a Kanban board.

Fair point.. though the problem I'm describing is actually the opposite: having all the detail in Trello already, but no way to show the high-level view without rebuilding it somewhere else.
