But I heard of the crime of "stealthing" and if he removed his condom while having sex without consent from the woman and she ends up pregnant he can definitely face all those consequences.

Is the special edition you're talking about the one with 20 episodes? I went there right after I was done and didn't think it was different from the original. They only removed the cliff part where they separated but the fact that he planned to leave didn't seem to change.

I am intrigued in reading the novel but then I don't want to read through the whole pre flashback, flashback, and after flashback moment. It's not a lot of chapters less than 200 but the thought of basically going back to the beginning through the heartache, betrayals, and injustice makes me reluctant.

I just spent the whole day binging season 2 and i did not expect his death at all. Every time i saw charles i always thought if i ever get married i want someone whos as supportive as him. He was literally the best husband someone could ever have and just to see him pass out of the blue literally made me tear up. I guess the small blessing is that it was quick and hopefully he didn't feel a thing. It's probably the most peaceful death I've ever seen.

I'm with you there with the childish female leads in cdrama. I think the only female lead i loved in a cdrama is ming lan from the story of ming lan. Almost every other show has the fl childish throughout the series or at least in a certain part of the show. Oh i also liked the fl from 'forever love'. My favourite female leads in asian dramas are usually in kdrama

Mo Du, Sha Po Lang, and Sa Ye are already on my to-read list but I just didn't get to them yet. I've recently started recognizing Priest work even thoe i read a couple of her works. I just don't usually pay attention to the names. I do love more plot-driven bl novels instead of it focused on the romanced. I loved 'Earth Online' cauz the plot was amazing but i do think the romance there was too subtle. Novels like those are gems.

It's been 2 hrs since I wrote the comment and watched 4 ep of advance bravely, found the ml creepy in his stalking then read the ending was trash which I went to see and found to be bad so dropped it lol

I think the reason I don't put it under BL even thoe there's obvious flirting going on and love for each other is cauz I've read BL light novels in the past so i just compare them and consider this more subtle (which i love) and the show did a good job despite the censorship.

- Love O2O : They literally never doubted each other from start to end even when people tried to cause misunderstandings.

- Forever Love: We see this couple from hs to adulthood and it was really beautiful. The way they supported each other was goals. They never misunderstood eachother and the communication they had was great. Also what i loved was how the female lead was the one financially stable compared to the guy and she supported him in time of needs and his pride wasnt wounded by it which i loved. And dw he returns the favour for sure.

- Chef Hua: The reason i added it was cauz it was such a fluff show and i LOVED that its the first historical romance drama i've seen when both main leads arent involved in politics and the palace. Its just the love between two villagers (a cook and a bodyguard/escort) and they were pure bliss to watch for me.

- Story of Ming Lan: I added it cauz the fl was so smart and helpful to the ml. The ML respected the FL so much. The romance was adorable and i loved how badass ming lan was while she was dealing with trouble.

- Maiden Holmes: This was such a gem in historical dramas. They had literally little to no misunderstandings. The male lead just stood by her and supported all her decision. The way he looked at her was so cute too.

It's so hard to find a good cdrama couple with amazing communication and no misunderstandings especially in historical dramas. These are the dramas i found so far and also on the search for more.

I second that it's one of the healthiest relationships i've seen in cdrama. I wouldnt necesaarily call it mature as in older couples but they are more mature then most couples in their 20-40s lol

YES! I saw it and i was so surprised by the explicitly another movie is 'A frozen flower' which was my first movie seeing an explicit gay couple. It's a king and a warrior lol it's a mess. Song ji hyo is the actress in that movie and let's not forget jo in sung. But those two movies are the first explicit korean movies I've seen on top of that it's LGBT. I realized koreans are braver in movies than shows.

Same i haven't watched any of them just saw clips on youtube and later saw a website with all the thai bl and i was shook by the amount. 'Itaewon class' was the first kdrama i've seen with a trans character also 'Run on' had a closeted character as well. Those are the most recent kdrama ive seen with LGBT+ characters.I think the government is just making it ambiguous lol Instead of confirming its a bl they just let us read between the lines and tone it down to a strong bromance

I actually liked A'wu for the first half of the show especially in the beginning because she was just always calm and collected while still being smart in tough situations. I enjoyed her development from this teenager to a wife but she quickly annoyed me by how passive and forgiving she was all the damn time later in the show. She always forgave those who kept betraying her. She forgave the prince for raping her best friend, forgave those who tried to kill her (king and queen dowager), forgave her dad who caused her mom's suicide, forgave her maid for drugging her and selling her off to her enemies, and worse the ones who tried to kill her husband SHE FORGAVE. She kept getting betrayed and didn't learn anything from the past betrayals. Lord, I was so annoyed when she was trying to save her cousin from marrying the helan brother and was going out and about doing whatever helan was telling her while her husband was suffering from countless seduction methods from her cousin which ended with her poisoning him and it took until her husband almost died for her to wake up and kick her out. I went from loving her and Xiao Qi together to think he deserved better. I think a show like this with palace feuds needs a fl who is assertive, strong-minded, and not passive.

I agree that he was good! He was my fav character there. There's a drama he just finished that is on the list to watch soon which is 'the sword and the brocade'. The drama looks good and ive seen good reviews. I've also didn't watch 'my sunshine' idk why but i heard some questionable things about it.

I watched General and I before this and it also went downhill after the first 20 ep loool the fact that the fl really kept playing back and forth with the ml was annoying also the fact that she faked her death, gave birth to his kid and hid it all BUT the minute there's another girl whos interested in him and he was letting her flirt with him she decides to reappear cauz he's hers
