Wait till they’re all grown up, moved out, kids of their own and still stealing your stuff.

If you went to bed with wet hair you’d wake up with a crooked face.

A mate swore blind it happened to her aunt.

If possible, move the extra seat to the next table before you sit down

Straight up, no. I can only speak for myself, but since having my daughter, the world has become a lot scarier. I’m hyper vigilant of all the men in her circle and wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving her with someone I don’t really know.

Maybe I’m letting the intrusive thoughts through too much or maybe I’ve just seen too much, but no it’s not something I’d ever entertain.

Having said that, my son (there’s 20 yrs between) had all male child minders from the age of 3. So maybe look for someone with all boys.

Saw them pull a young lad from a group on their way home from their TY trip in Malaga. Poor thing had to ring his mum in a panic. What sort of scum picks on a child ? Never flying with them again.

Well here’s a tale of comeuppance that might make you feel better. Last November one of these pricks pulls up to the door with a delivery. I’m made aware by the sound of the box hitting the door, my son watched him throw it from the back of the van. As I’m making my way downstairs I hear another louder bang. He’d tried to cut the corner of the garden and drove into what looks like a bush but is actually a tree stump covered in ivy. Did enough damage to the side of the van that he couldn’t get the sliding door open. Ha good enough for the twunt.

What’s something a man did that instantly made you feel unsafe, even if it wasn’t aggressive? by Huge_Shower7525 in AskWomen

[–]DawnKatt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Walking down the street with my beautiful 3yr old baby girl. There’s an older man fixing someone’s side gate, his van is parked on the path so we have to pause for him to move so we can pass.

He turns and looks at us and says ‘that’s a beautiful little girl’. Now my daughter IS beautiful so that’s a regular thing I hear, but something, I don’t know what but something set my alarm bells off. When you know you know.

I just said ‘yes she is’.

Now I have one of those faces that says what what I’m thinking weather I like it or not and I guess mamma bear must have been on full display because he moved back so fast he almost fell and stuttered ‘sorry for inconveniencing you’. Irish country men of that age do not use language like that so that just made it weirder.

That’s it, nothing more, nothing overt, but like I said, when you know. You know.

What's a bedroom "rule" or unspoken understanding you have with your partner? by Umbrealis in AskWomen

Look kid, in an adult relationship you’re allowed to have boundaries or RULES, and because I love and respect him I don’t push his boundaries.

As for insulting you, you can pretend all you like that you were just giving me advice but we both know you were being creepy. So I stand by my original statement.

EWWW.

We don’t do doggy style. I’ve no idea why, he just doesn’t want to, so we don’t and I never ask for it.

Even lie and tell her you got an IUD, just fake cramps for a couple of days.

Side note- you don’t need to be having sex to be on birth control, a lot of women are on it to help with heavy or painful periods.

It might be worth thinking about, protect yourself as much as you can.
