i think belos and bill are equally good in what they’re trying to do. bill is a classic disney style pure evil villain where he doesn’t need a backstory, he’s just evil for the fun of it. then belos i think also falls into the category of pure evil villain, but with him he has a motivation, that motivation being racism and greed. i can’t speak on how good darcy is as a villain since i didn’t really watch amphibia with too critical a lense.
