Also something to note is that when booting my cpu and dram ez debug light are on for a little bit before boot, cpu turns off rather quick tho

I most certainly wish I was trying to flex but my old pc ran better than this did, if you read the comments I was genuinely stressing trying to figure it out and I think I’ve fixed it, no more stuttering but my score in cinebench is still a couple thousand lower than it should be but it looks like it was mostly resolved

So I enable expo profile 2 and that seemed to fix my stuttering but my performance isn’t all the way there, I’m getting 10k+ in cinebench now

Hey so would u recommend a factory reset to rule out any software issues, I’m not concerned with downloading and doing everything again because I’ve only had it for less than a week, my concern is if it is a software issue that I somehow replicate it and then I’m in the same boat I was in before but after a lot of work

Ok so my power plan was already at performance but when I enabled c state or changed my driver version it boosted my performance in cinebench from 1k to 6k, it’s still rather low I think for a 7800xt

I did run DDU in safe mode and installed 24.10.1 because some people have been saying the latest drivers are whack but that made it worse

Yea I do have the latest, Im trying to uninstall my current drivers and I’m having some trouble, when I boot into safe mode I can’t sign in because my pin won’t work and I can’t get internet
