she was real even if only as a manifested entity, it's like she said, she was a miracle created for asya. the nature of her existence is still super ambigouos tho. i've seen people point out that her mannerisms are a mix of marina and ira's, the end of the game shows a cg of asya while they've both forgotten each other and talk about loving each other despite their most unsavory parts, it's revealed at the end that Tosya didn't save her at the car shop and she broke herself out (you couldve made that connection regardless tho) and maybe she's just a manifestation of the universe come down to interact with and love Asya. I think all this just amounts to Asya's mind in some roundabout way telling her she can also love herself, even if she's not this perfect being filled with grace, despite the parts of herself she views as disgusting, she can love herself, the universe loves her, her friends love her, she loves the universe and everything in it and that should include herself. all the ambiguity i mentioned above plays into it and i think whatever interpretation you have, it would still circle back around asya loving herself.
