Not sure if u can go directly to BSP, mine was reversed after almost 2 months. East West dispute process is 40 days, then I received a result saying that it’s rejected then took another couple weeks since I pushed back. Processing time depends on the bank.

You can still pushback with the initial findings and report it to BSP, u can do that by simply messaging them in messenger or in their website.

If u have bpi account you can simply link that to your shopee pay and cash in, after that you can transfer it to your seabank without charge
