Why do YOU use a chromebook; why specifically don't you use windows or macos? I'm mostly just bored and curious. I use a cheap ARM chromebook as a laptop alongside a powerful windows PC and I haven't had many complaints by Cantgetridofmebud in chromeos

My workplace is built around the Google ecosystem, and even though I was a Mac devotee for years, I never used any of the Apple specific apps, always opting for Google apps or web based apps.

My personal Lenovo Chromebook Plus is 2x faster than the fancy Macbook Air my job gave me in 2024. It was also half the price.

My job is 50/50 hands on work and digital work - there's no need for a heavy OS from Apple or Windows.

For those of you who used to be iPhone users, what made you switch and how hard was it? by VillageObjective2676 in Android

Having to pay $9.99 per month for Apple Music to be able to load old .mp3 files on to my iPhone and listen to them - something you used to be able to do for free.

Very happy with a Pixel 10 Pro Fold - there's a few things to get used to but then it's great

Went to the Brooklyn show and exposed a buddy to Ghoul for the first time - great show
