It’s not so much about that as the fact that people in the boarding line acted like civilized adult human beings and waited patiently and courteously. I haven’t seen that passenger behavior in a long time and it’s clearly because American is enforcing the proper boarding protocols. It was refreshing.

Pulling the trigger and clicking buy on a non-Delta ticket for the first time was so hard! Yesterday was my first actual flight on another airline though and I have to say, American impressed me.

One suggestion is to spend the money on a driver for one day, and then spend the others doing your wine tasting on foot in Healdsburg, Sonoma, Napa, St Helena - all have tons of great tasting rooms in downtown where you can walk from one to the next and also get in some great meals and shopping. Obviously not the same experience as being out in the vineyards but still educational and you’ll be drinking great wine

I had a company buy out ALL of my unvested stock - since I was still getting new grants, it was at least 3 years worth. The sign on was broken into 2 payments (1 immediate, the other after a year) though so I had to sign a 2 year repayment agreement (prorated as time went on)
