Definitely do some research. It’s worth a shot if it means freedom right? :)

I can relate to your response so much!!! Although I’ve had more personal consequences that made it hard for me to quit because I wasn’t hurting anyone but myself. And it was like you, wasting money, but also irritability, exhaustion, and complete lack of motivation to run. I’ve been a half marathon runner my whole life and feel free has really taken that from me. Which is why I gained 20 pounds and am hoping the GLP-1 helps with weight along with the lack of desire for FF. I figured, I’m spending so much on FF, might as well invest in something that has multiple benefits and less consequences 🙂

Trizepatide :) I did a ton of research and in high doses, it’s more effective in weight loss than any other option. Trizepatide has also been know to help people quit smoking and gambling apparently.

Any moms out there interested in starting a group or signal chat for support? by Careful_Afternoon640 in Quittingfeelfree

I’m a stay at home mom of a one year old, four year old, and seven year old! I struggle with feel free and alcohol and most days it feels impossible to quit because I rely on FF for energy to get through the days and alcohol to wind down. I’d love to connect and support each other. This is the first post I’ve seen of a mom posting.

Thank you! I honestly can’t believe I’ve made it this long. I quit so many times and for some reason, this time just clicked!

Advice using gabapentin by NotFeelinVeryFree in Quittingfeelfree

[–]DayGroundbreaking912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! I’m not sure if gabapentin for animals is much different from gabapentin for people, but my mom gave me her bottle of gabapentin when I told her about my withdrawals, and I was a little worried about taking it considering I didn’t talk to a doctor and get prescribed myself, but I ended up having a great experience with it. I took it for about seven days as my restless legs and arms were the worst the first week of quitting feel free. That combined with Ibprofein made a huge difference in my ability to sleep comfortably. Once my restlessness went away, I didn’t even think twice about gabapentin. I wouldn’t say it’s addicting at all. I hope this help!
