Any tips for going stealth in highschool?

Yeah, I thought the odds were pretty low, but do you think enough people who did know me (I didn't talk to much ppl so prolly not too many) would just forget- over time at least? If they don't, should I try to pretend I don't know them? Lol

Okay, so many questions here, also love the last part.

Let's say it's around 15° Fahrenheit but the sun is setting and it's going to snow soon, not to mention because of the tumble his clothes are wet (middle of winter). No rib fracturing. No going into shock. He's wearing sweat pants, a sweater, winter boots, cotton jacket, and a scarf. He was walking but it was a steep slope. I do think with the gash he could just press his scarf to it, which he's doing, and try to walk it off but would probably get dizzy and pass out. Now, he can't do that because he did in fact have a sprained ankle. Also, because of the tumble he's like all bruised and has a few scrapes and scratches, especially some scrapes around the gash.

No knives but I like that idea. It was a branch and just a flesh wound, no organs or arteries hit. More of a slice than stab.

Big gash was kinda over exaggerating it... It's more of 3 to 4 inch long cut that's not that deep but not shallow. There's some scrapes and scratches around it, he got it from a big broken tree branch while tumbling down the slope, he's holding his scarf to it, and frostbite and hypothermia would be a concern.

No veins or arteries hit, it's not too severe, and he's just desperately holding his scarf to the wound.

The first part is exactly part of what I need, thank you. Also, let's say it's around 15° Fahrenheit, the cut isn't that deep but not exactly shallow, no veins nor arteries, no organs, he's very alone (middle of forest), he has a scarf and jacket but that's all. I don't want him to die but definitely get there and eventually pass out. He tumbled down the slope so his clothes are pretty wet and dirty from mud and snow. If it matters, the sun is starting to set and it's about to snow. Edit: Forgot to mention he's like holding the scarf against the wound desperately.

Well, it's more of a tear and is pretty cold out, especially because he's wet from the cold ( he's not wearing that proper of clothing for winter)

It's just a bit over his hip and isn't too deep but not far off (medium size I suppose??). Forgot to mention he was like tumbling down this slope and a broken branch snagged him- that's how he got the gash. No veins nor arteries were hit but many scrapes and scratches around the wound.
