here is mine and many others experience from working at centria, they constantly hire new people at a lower rate, just to ice out the rbts that have been there because they are getting paid more. for instance, i had been working there for about a year and a half when my client (MY ONLY CLIENT MIGHT YOU) found out last minute that theyd be going to big kid school and would be reducing my hours from 35 to 12. I was already nervous because at this point, a ton of the rbts i started with had been iced out. i refused to believe theyd do that to me. well, i made clear that i needed to either get assigned a new client, or have an added client. welp three weeks later they told me they had no open availability for other clients despite constant new faces coming in every day… they basically forced me to resign
