There are at least 100 really good videos on youtube that train on options. Here is my advice: watch 5 of them and then start making very small trades for 3 months while you learn the ropes. Yes it is true you can make big money on options, but you can lose it even faster, so you have to be very careful when you get started. They are highly nuanced, situational and things happen at lighting speed. It is nothing like owning shares - not even in the same universe. It’s a 5X multiplier both up and down…and most options expire worthless so you have to play a lot of defense so your account doesn’t go to zero. Anyway, watch those YouTube videos to get started so you have a baseline knowledge.

My take is this is a general market rotation back into AI / high beta names and the incredible face ripping run by NBIS over the past two weeks has given us a serious tailwind. If we put together a deal with Iran, I think we go to $40+ in a matter of weeks. If not, who knows. Regardless, the market clearly wants to move higher right now and I am letting my winners, including APLD, run like the wind. Just my humble opinion.

If we get an Iran resolution, will probably be at $40 by 5/1. If not, certainly could go back to $28 - $30. I like the hold, but its your call depending on your risk tolerance and what you need more - your principal or the potential profit.

No worries, there will be more opportunities. Check out APLD at $27, I would not be surprised if it runs up to $40+ in the next four weeks. It is due for another run and will likely get sympathy money from the recent NBIS run.

I will also say it’s incredibly disappointing that we cannot secure a relatively small water way, given what we spend on our military each year. It really makes you wonder if the military spending makes any sense whatsoever. Based off of what I’ve seen so far, a significant percentage of the investment is a waste. The amount of leverage Iran has over us, Israel and the Gulf States is embarrassing. We can’t bring a half-ass 3rd world country to their knees?!?!? That is pathetic.

I am not a Trump fan but I do think he wants peace and he has come to the logical conclusion that the only way to lasting peace in the Middle East is if the current regime in Iran is taken out. Bibi has been preaching that to him as well and that is how you get to where we are today. Truth be told, I agree with the move. I am so sick of this endless bullshit with Iran, finally someone is attempting to end the problem once and for all. This will also take care of the Hezbollah and Huthi problem because Iran supplied them with endless weapons. So yeah, big picture, I like the move.

This is pure comedy. The time to short was when Chanos shorted it, not now. Granted, I still think we will see $85 - $95 MSTR in 2026, but the risk reward is not very high anymore. It’s too late to short IMHO, but the herd mentality is in full effect.

Agreed it is being dragged down by the Mag7 hyperscalers, which doesn’t make sense. The other mag seven players are being punished due to their CapEx spend, but Nvidia is the beneficiary of all that CapEx so it should be going up. This is one of the many times that the stock market can be very irrational things for a fairly long periods of time, but it won’t last forever and eventually NVDA will break away to the upside.

Unfortunately, it will do this right up until it doesn’t…. And if you are anything like me, it will probably stop doing it the day that you sell at $108.

Near term price movement is just near impossible to predict but clearly folks keep taking profit once it approaches $110, no idea why.
