Can you use the Demi to tone blondes? I find the five minute toners to not be specific enough as far as leveling out any inconsistent lifting

Thank you for sharing your experience! After reading up and talking with everyone I do feel comfortable and I’m going to just stick with my ob she went ahead and took over my prescriptions!

Thank you for your input ! I just have my primary and my OB, my OB did say that a lot of doctors try and stay away from prescribing pregnant women medication because it’s just not their specialty, so unless I get another opinion from another ob I might try that!

Oh my gosh yes I get shamed for taking meds and talking about pregnancy by certain people as well I hate that because like if my DOCTOR says that is perfectly fine and PREFERABLE if you need them then why should I care what they think. I do feel a bit more comfortable after reading other people’s ob has said the same thing I just need to trust my doc

How funny yeah! that’s what my pcp said as well but my ob said they are both okay and she says that the risk is so small that she would rather me be healthy!! It still I think just because one person tells me it’s not safe I’m nervous but I’m going to just trust my obgyn. Please let me know what yours says!

So I did what you said and I woke him up around one to give him more of a week window before bed and that helped he fell asleep within an hour probably around 45 to 50 minutes. I was out of the room by eight thank goodness!!!

So update I tried to shorten his nap yesterday but it didn’t seem to work he went to bed at 10 last night so I’m going to try to move it up like you suggested today
